• "Services" refers to web design, WordPress/WooCommerce development, website management, maintenance, and hosting reselling.

2. Service Provision & Professional Fees

• Quotations: All project quotes are valid for 30 days from the date of issue.

• Deposits: A non-refundable deposit of 50% is required before any development or design work begins.

• Project Completion: Final payment is due immediately upon project completion, approval, or "go-live," whichever occurs first.

• Late Payments: We reserve the right to suspend active services, including hosting or maintenance, if invoices remain unpaid for more than 14 days past the due date.

3. Refund & Cancellation Policy

Because our services involve dedicated labor and the allocation of digital resources, the following refund rules apply:

• Web Development & Design: Once work has commenced, the initial deposit is non-refundable. If a project is cancelled by the Client during the development phase, the Client is responsible for payment for all hours worked up to the cancellation date.

• Hosting Services: As a reseller, we provision resources from third-party infrastructure providers. Hosting fees are non-refundable once the server space or account has been activated.

• Management & Maintenance: Monthly maintenance fees are non-refundable as they cover active monitoring and availability. You may cancel your monthly plan at any time with 30 days' written notice.

4. Hosting & Maintenance Disclosure

• Upstream Providers: 2hostweb acts as a reseller for third-party hosting companies. While we strive for maximum uptime, we are not liable for outages, hardware failures, or data loss caused by the primary infrastructure provider.

• Backups: While regular backups are included in our maintenance packages, the Client is responsible for maintaining their own independent copies of their data.

• Security: We implement industry-standard security measures. However, we cannot guarantee absolute immunity from cyber-attacks. 2hostweb is not liable for damages resulting from third-party hacking or malware.

5. Client Responsibilities

The Client is responsible for providing all necessary text, images, and credentials (logins) required for the project. Delays in providing these materials will result in a shift in the project timeline. We assume all materials provided by the Client are legally owned or licensed by the Client.

6. Intellectual Property & Ownership

• Our Content: We own the intellectual property for all original material on the 2hostweb website.

• Client Project: Upon receipt of final payment, full ownership of the final website design and custom code created specifically for the Client is transferred to the Client. This excludes third-party assets (such as premium WordPress plugins, themes, or stock photos) which remain the property of their respective owners.

7. Licenses & Restrictions

Regarding our own website and proprietary materials, you must not:

• Republish material from https://www.2hostweb.com.

• Sell, rent, or sub-license material from our website.

• Reproduce or duplicate our proprietary development processes or marketing content.

8. Content Liability

We shall have no responsibility or liability for any content appearing on your website. You agree to indemnify and defend 2hostweb against all claims arising out of or based upon your website’s content, including copyright disputes or legal claims.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we exclude all representations and warranties relating to our website and the use of our services.

• We do not warrant that the website will be constantly available or that the information provided is error-free.

• Limitation of Liability: 2hostweb will not be liable for any loss of profit, data, or business opportunity resulting from technical downtime, software bugs, or server errors.
